Account Information

• How do I check my account balance?

  Contact your Account Manger via email or phone. Account manager contact information can be found on the Contact Us page.

• How do I reach my account manager?

  You can find contact information for all account managers on the Contact Us page.

• Can I review and discuss my budget with my Account Manager?

  Yes, you may contact your Account Manager at any time to discuss your budget. If you’d like to make changes, it is best to discuss and request changes at least 5 days before month-end so the changes will go into effect the following month.

• How do I request additional funds?

  You may contact your Account Manager via email or phone to make your request. You may complete the Expenditure Request Form prior to contacting your Account Manager if you wish. You may make up to 2 requests for additional funds per month. Your request may be granted IF you have funds available above and beyond your budgeted funds.

• When do I need to provide receipts?

  You should provide receipts to your Account Manager anytime a request for additional funds is granted and prior to making another request. 

• How long does it take to void and reissue a lost check?

  45 business days. However, we can eliminate the problem of lost checks and the associated wait time to have them reissued if clients use a Life Freedom Debit card or vendors sign up for direct deposit. If you don’t have a Life Freedom card and would like one, please contact your account manager. If you are a vendor interested in direct deposit please email us: agency@webpayee.com

• What happens to the balance in a client's account when he or she passes away?

  We return all required funds to the benefit issuer, pay all final expenses, follow the instructions of written wills or follow probate rules, and return to the state any unclaimed funds.

Life Freedom Debit Card

• When I receive my Life Freedom Debit Card in the mail, is it already activated and ready to use?

  You must call 866-783-3248 to get your PIN number. Then your card is ready to use.

• When is money deposited to my Life Freedom Debit Card?

  Funds are deposited on your Life Freedom Card on days scheduled by your Account Manager. On those days, funds will be available between 9:00-9:30 AM PST. Funds are not made available on weekends or Federal Holidays.

"Over-Resourcing"

• How much money can I have without being considered “over-resourced”?

  If you receive Medi-cal or SSI, you can have up to $1,999.99.

• How long to I have to spend a back payment from Social Security without being considered “over-resourced” and penalized?

  You have 9 months to spend funds from a back-payment.
